The most beautiful venue with the friendliest and most gracious staff. Every single staff member made us feel so welcome, even before we began planning our wedding there. The only negative thing I have to say is that there were periods of miscommunication since the wedding coordinator works in Santa Monica and the site is in Palm Springs. So there was a lot of things that had to go through multiple people to get final answers. BUT, the people I worked with were wonderful and worked very hard considering the obstacles. They made it worth any trouble. I worked with Bill Bastian at the Viceroy Palm Springs, Alana Napora and Zara Devershian of Viceroy Santa Monica.
Catering:

The food was catered by the onsite caterer, Citron, which is one of our favorite restaurants. We are always more than happy with every thing we have ever eaten out of this kitchen, and they did not disappoint at the wedding. Service was so thourough that they offered to make a plate for my sister-in-law who was struggling to make a plate with her baby, and then deliver it to the table for her.

The moment I met Albert I knew I would not look any further. I felt that he had both the talent and artistic eye I was looking for, as well as a calm, kind spirit and a love of dogs. He and Tari did not disappoint me at all. I was so happy with alll of their work and all of their kind words and presence throughout our day. I would recommend him to anyone.

I cannot recommend her enough. She is warm, caring and genuinely wants to know who you and your fiance are as a couple. During our initial inerview, she actually cried as I shared some of our story and our individual hardships. She individualizes each of her ceremonys, so no two are alike. I felt like every word was just for us, no generic statements. Her partner Dorri was so calm and helpful and made things go very smoothly.

We had a gardenia shortage a few day before my wedding, but Mary called and told me she would be able to do a folded out rose to resemble the similar look of a gardenia. She was very sweet and had great suggestions and budget alternatives. I was so happy with the results and everything looked just as I had imagined it.

The lighting was absolutely beautiful. There were one or 2 lanterns that burnt out but overall I was impressed and it met my expectations. They were gorgeous.

One of the connections kept coming loose on a speaker so we had to keep adjusting it. Overall however they were very professional and thourough.

Jeannette's vanilla bean and white fudge frosting and her to-die-for chocolate went over very well. She came through for me in the final days of the wedding, as the cake was a last minute change in our plans, and impressed me both with the look and taste of the cake.
