Pre-ceremony music:

Bridal Party Processional:
"All I Want is You" from the Juno Soundtrack. We began with our dogs, then David's parents, David, the groomsmen, and then the bridesmaids.
Bridal Processional:
"Yellow" by Coldplay.
Recessional:
"Wonderwall" by Oasis.
Ceremony
We chose not to have any special readings or special ceremonies, such as unity candle, etc.
Cathy O'Connell chose a beautiful Welcome, Blessing, Statement of Intent, and a personalized Address. Here are some of my favorite parts:
"I also believe there are no accidents in life, and that there is a divine plan for everyone, one that includes connecting with those we hold most dear in our lives. It was no accident that the two of you kept running into each other; through friends, on myspace, around town...even though Jennifer, at first you lost David's number, with his charming persistence, you finally agreed to meet him for lunch. And in spite of almost cancelling that date, when you walked into the restaurant and saw him across the room, something magical happened. God had truly destined the two of you to be together, and from those moments there was no looking back.
"From the first "I Love You" on Superbowl Sunday in 2007; you were on an amazing journey toward today. You finally found the perfect moment David, in a rainy carriage ride in Central Park at midnight to ask Jennifer "What if I asked you to marry me?" Jennifer you may have totally lost it, but you joyfully said yes. You both committed to sharing your future with each other and we are celebrating that future right now, right here, today with those closest to you.
"I asked these two to share with me what they loved most about each other, and their words were so beautiful, I want to share them with you. David said, "I love Jennifer's smile, her sense of humor, her love of animals, he obsession with chihuahua's, her beauty, her thoughtfulness and her understanding of me. I love her sleep talking, even though she hasn't gone to sleep. Most of all though, I love the way she loves me; the look she gives me when we see each other at work even though we just saw each other a couple hours ago. I want to spend my life with her because of all these things, and I look forward to many more I'm sure will come."
Jennifer said "I can completely be myself around David; he balances me and compliments me in so many ways, and he is even a bigger animal lover than I am! He completely gets my weird sarcastic humor and throws it back at me. He is always calm and always positive; he is funny, witty and smart. I love how he makes me feel unconditionally loved, accepted and safe. All these qualities make me know he is the one I can spend the rest of my life with and the person I will love forever. I am marrying my best friend."
Vows
David:
I promise to give you the best of myself and ask you no more than you can give.
I promise to respect you as your own person and to realize that your interests, desires and needs are no less important than my own, even if it's my Audis.
I promise to share with you my time and my attention and to bring joy, strenghth and imagination to our relationship.
I promise to keep myself open to you, to let you know my feelings, and dreams.
I promse to grow long with you, to be willing to fac changes in order to keep our relationship alive and exciting, maybe even to go shoe shopping with you.
I promise to love you in good times and bad, with all I have to give and all I feel inside in the only way I know how. Completely, forever and always.
Jen:
I promise to give you the best of myself and ask you no more than you can give.
I promise to respect you as your own person and to realize that your interests, desires and needs are no less important than my own, as long as I never have to pretend to be interested in cars or football.
I promise to share with you my time and my attention and to bring joy, strenghth and imagination to our relationship.
I promise to keep myself open to you, to let you know my feelings, and dreams, even if you are tired of hearing them after the first five times.
I promise to grow long with you, to be willing to face changes in order to keep our relationship alive and exciting.
I promise to love you in good times and bad, with all I have to give and all I feel inside in the only way I know how. Completely, forever and always.
